Need to upload log files or other attachment to your request?

There are two ways you can attach files to your case:

  1. Contact the support team for a URL allowing you to upload your files to customer.owncloud.com
  2. Add files to your case by responding to the email you receive from us. Anything you attach to the email will be included in your case.
