Please welcome Mark Viens — our new VP of Customer Experience — who will be responsible for making sure we always do what’s right for our customers.
Marks says that Customer eXperience (CX) is a focus on ensuring that ownCloud is maniacally attentive to the mission of over-delivering on all fronts, for each and every customer and partner.
I say Mark brings a perfect blend of large and small company experience, always devoted to doing what is right for the customers.
Mark comes to us from Ping Identity Corporation, where he helped design, recruit, build out, and implement the required global services and support infrastructure, including five response centers globally.
Prior to Ping, he drove customer care initiatives at Macromedia, Adobe and Intergraph Corporation.
We expect greatness from Mark, just as our customers expect greatness from ownCloud.
