Europäisch-amerikanisches Datenschutzabkommen – Wieder versucht, wieder gescheitert
Das jüngst beschlossene Abkommen zwischen den USA und der EU ist bereits der dritte Versuch, einen sicheren Transfer personenbezogener Daten von Europa nach Amerika sicherzustellen.
