While in any folder, just click the &#8222;+&#8220;-Icon in the upper right corner of your screen and choose &#8222;Scan document&#8220;. Then, you can take a picture oft the document which scans it right into your cloud. You can then crop, rotate and convert between color modes (color, grayscale or black\/white), You can then save your document as PDF, JPEG or PNG, and choose wether to create a single pagefile or a multi page file.<br \/>\n<br style=\"clear: both;\" \/><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_41733\" style=\"width: 430px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-41733\" class=\"size-fp-small wp-image-41733\" src=\"https:\/\/owncloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_91E1CC82497F-1-640x360.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"420\" height=\"236\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-41733\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Annotate, highlight and draw directly in the ownCloud App<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Once you have scanned your document, you can mark it up, draw and annotate on it right in the App. Just click on the three-dot menu icon to the right of the relevant file and click &#8222;Markup&#8220;. Then, you can edit it with strokes and brushes as you see fit and either save it as a copy of your scanned file or replace the original scan.<br \/>\n<br style=\"clear: both;\" \/><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_41740\" style=\"width: 246px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-41740\" class=\"size-fp-small wp-image-41740\" src=\"https:\/\/owncloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_2420-640x1138.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"236\" height=\"420\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-41740\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Create custom workflows with the Shortcuts app<\/p><\/div>\n<p>If you use Apples Shortcutts app to automate tasks on your device, we have great news for you: There are hooks to use ownCloud to build workflows with Shortcuts. You can use actions with parameters to view, receive and store files, create folders and get directory listings, for example.<br \/>\n<br style=\"clear: both;\" \/><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_41733\" style=\"width: 430px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-41733\" class=\"alignnone size-fp-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/owncloud.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/keyboard-commands-2048x1431.png\" width=\"420\" height=\"293\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-41733\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The keyboard shortcuts available in the ownCloud App on iPadOS<\/p><\/div>\n<p>If you use owncloud on an iPad, you can control it comfortably from an attached keyboard. The app supports a host of shortcut commands (<a href=\"https:\/\/owncloud.org\/news\/keyboard-shortcuts-on-ipados-some-love-for-the-power-users\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">learn more<\/a>). To complete the desktop replacement experience, the app supports pointing device is like Bluetooth mice on iPads (<a href=\"https:\/\/owncloud.org\/news\/of-mice-and-mobile-devices-implementing-mouse-interaction-in-ipados-13-4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">learn more<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>*Premium Features are available right out of the box for users of ownCloud.online and ownCloud Enterprise.
