Flipping through the news a couple of days ago, I must say I was pleased to see the rumors of Google joining in with an as yet unannounced entry in the file sync and share market. Arguably they were mostly there already, but the idea of an official Google Drive product coming to market is very exciting. Why? For two reasons.
First, this is Google. These days, Google is a bellwether of the market in the way that Microsoft was years ago. If Google is getting into the space, then it is really here to stay.
