Once again the ownCloud community has risen to the task and launched another amazing product – Version 3 of ownCloud Community edition.
All the information you need is here and here, so I won’t go into the details, except to say that, as a long time participant in the open source community, I’ve rarely been as impressed as I am today.
From the polishing of current capabilities, to the addition of incredibly powerful and flexible features, the ownCloud community — with my partner Frank — just did an amazing job over these past three months.
And their work and dedication makes my job easier. As you know, we will be launching the commercial products and services this coming March and the community has built capabilities un-matched by current commercial offerings. I hope only now to do them proud.
