For the second year in a row ownCloud won Platinum in the IT-Award of the Vogel IT press, in the category „Enterprise Filesharing“. Their professional audience selected ownCloud as the best among its competitors.
The main reason for this has been the increasing interest in security and data protection. With the new GDPR by the EU, taking effect next year, data privacy and security continue to be a huge topic and ownCloud delivers the perfect solution.
