We want to ensure our partners are focused on the acquisition and success of Enterprise customers. Therefore an ownCloud partner has to meet the following requirements:
- 5 Technical employees with specific ownCloud knowledge
- 1 Sales employee with specific ownCloud sales knowledge
- An active marketing push by the ownCloud partner (ownCloud web page, social media activity, information of his existing customers and users, etc.)
- 3 new ownCloud Enterprise Edition customers per year after the first year
For each opportunity you will have an ownCloud account manager who will work with you to ensure the best strategy and approach. If you do not qualify for these new criterias and you have a concrete end customer opportunity, you can still get in touch with us and we will treat you as a reseller for this opportunity and work it jointly with you. Additionally, in markets outside of our core markets of North America and Central Europe, we will restrict the number of partners to two or three in order to allow sufficient business and coverage.
No other File Sync and Share product in the market offers the on-premise capabilities coupled with the integration and extensibility of ownCloud, all with end-user friendly access apps. With ownCloud, enterprise IT can have complete control over sensitive corporate data assets being shared by employees and partners.
