Understanding the ownCloud/Ubuntu Kerfuffle

Bottom line is Canonical and ownCloud want the best, most secure experience for our users and we are working hard to get there.

A bit of a kerfuffle this week in the media captured well here by Swapnil. Let’s be clear, this was not a disagreement between ownCloud and Canonical, but instead a reflection of the shifting application model on open source and beyond. Lukas captures it well here.
