DevOps Engineer – Services Management

(Trivy)

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced DevSecOps Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes operations and Ansible automation. This role will have a specific focus on managing TRIVY services, making it a unique specialty within our operations team. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also inherently curious, always delving into the vast world of open source documentation to unearth the best solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain and manage of Trivy, ensuring that our applications and infrastructure are consistently scanned and secure.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain and management of services within our Kubernetes infrastructure, ensuring security best practices are consistently upheld.
  • Stay updated with the latest in Trivy developments, ensuring our operations remain at the cutting edge of security.
  • Champion the use of Trivy for continuous vulnerability scanning, ensuring our applications and infrastructure remain secure.
  • Respond promptly to security updates, major incidents, and service disruptions, even outside of regular business hours.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on security best practices within the development and deployment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, offering insights and recommendations based on Trivy scans.

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes Cloud Native Service Management.
  • Deep expertise in Trivy for vulnerability scanning and management.
  • Willingness to respond to updates and major incidents outside of normal business hours.
  • Experience with Grafana Observability Stack, Keycloak, OpenLDAP, OnlyOffice Document Server, NATS, or ClamAV, DNS, Postfix will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative mindset, proactive approach, and a genuine passion for continuous learning and security.
