As an ownCloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for working directly with our customers to provide high quality technical support in all stages of ownCloud deployment. When not working directly with our customers, you may also work on documentation or programming tasks as appropriate.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Take ownership of support issues with our customers and see them through to resolution
      • Work with the Customer/Partner to identify the issue and provide supporting information

    • Proven track record as a support engineer in enterprise software

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Qualify inbound sales leads of companies belonging to the SME market
    • Manage incoming Leads and qualify potential customers

  • Sales Engineer (m/f/d)Nuernberg, Germany or Home Office

    As an ownCloud Sales Engineer, working in a vibrant small but very successful company, you will assist both ownClouds internal Account Management team as well as partners in identifying business value and collaborating on revenue generating strategies and opportunities. As a secondary focus, you will participate on various projects to improve the overall sales process.

    It is expected that this person is highly motivated, technically strong, and capable of working independently / interacting with Customers and Partners directly. Experience in presales role for large enterprise environments with common understanding of enterprise infrastructures is a must.

    • Provide technical leadership plus coaching and ensure best practices are followed in all areas affecting the sales cycle and post-sale customer satisfaction
